Agreed with you. It's total bs the price target and rating. As shown in the broker data it seems like they were a net seller for a period and taking profits plenty, whilst releasing BUY as a recommendation.
The good parts about the report are the general company information and research into the details on expansion, markets, product. I would ignore the price target recommendation.
