Yes Toggs, depends how you value a stock. If you are just basing your valuation on current ARR well you'd consider PCK over priced.

Last reported ARR ~1.5mil, not sure what P/R you'd typically pay for a growth stock but the market cap is about 127 times the last reported revenue figure.

I value it based on predicted future earnings, so I think the current price is reasonable, here's my calcs with optimism for the PCK business;

Even if you're pessimistic, they have 100k beds basically in the bag over the next year, and are expanding into the UK.
