The issue with FDA clearance is that the testing they have done in Australia did not include enough minority subjects (ie, in US market there is large African American and Hispanic Populations) and to pass FDA clearance they need to do additional testing with these groups before approval is granted.
Good thing is once this is done the AI will be shown to work against all manner of races/people
