Oh right of course, thanks for clarifying. So BL the “Co-founder ” of RAP has moved on because being an entrepreneur that’s what he does. I thought the definition of entrepreneur is to create something with the hope of making money. So basically BL thinks that’s all that’s to be made there and has moved on to the next project.. interesting... thought RAP was going straight to the moon with the potential billions of $$ revenue they are going to get.. so being a good entrepreneur he’s cashed in a sure thing to take a risk on new ventures.. right of course very logical.

Which was actually my point, was I surprise BL sold his shares before regulatory approval....NO, was I surprise PD sold his shares when it's reached commercialization...NO but I sure was extremely surprise at the amount.
