my recollection of the investor presentation i was able to attend in Perth earlier this year , Daffas had from the investor presentation slide the business model roll out. first step is the healthcare industry and getting if you like the industry people adopting the app (this is why the DSA agreement is so good) then once the healthcare profressionals are onboard this will drive the consumer segment of the app (ie download from the app store) so i think being able to download the app as a consumer and starting using it for a fee is probably going to be the next step after they have achieved the commercialisation milestone in Q4 2017 in the healthcare industry.

This was the same strategy adopted when the diabetes glucose strips came to commercialisation many moons ago.

of course the above can all change if management decide to.
