Currently, I have not found any that are at commercial stage atm besides big tech (Microsoft, Apple, Google using facial recognition to enter healthcare). There have been progress with research into pain assessments using technology. Found a couple of interesting papers below. The really interesting trend is that startups are looking at entering this space (Biofurmis and Chugai) are dabbling into digital pain assessments.

The only serious threat for Painchek is if another health tech company innovate faster and enter market more quickly than Painchek. Hence, the term "more competitors will come" i.e. starting show their faces. It's up to Painchek to enter first and ward off everyone else from their niches (dementia & children).
