Regarding the revenue share demands, I have discussed pricing strategies in the past with the company, the intention was to be the same dollar value as Australia. If this is the case and the monthly cost is 50% higher when you take the exchange rate into account . eg 4usd -exchange=+ 50% - $6aud this should give parity when working out value of client base .
