Moosey, the combination of physics , politics(especially American politics), and the development of regulations is mind boggling and irrational.. You and a couple of other posters do an outstanding job in interpreting this morass for us . I appreciate the significance that our little company plays toward the solution of possibly one of the most significant problems of nuclear energy. I would not have done so without your posts, yes some of them are long winded but that is the nature of the beast.
