    Yes PK9 the reprocessing of the used nuclear fuel from the LEU BWR is as you say Electrometallurgical, it breaks it down into three separate parts, fission products, Prism Actinide Bundle and CANDU Bundle or Recycled Uranium which is passed back to what they call fuel fabrication for re enrichment and fabrication in Low Enriched Uranium for Boiling Water Reactors to use, and when this fuels is used in the BWR's the spent fuel begins the whole cycle once again.

    This PDF shows the process in a flow diagram on the L/H side of page 4 it also shows the Uranium recovered from the Electrometallurgical process as a Uranium CANDU Bundle, whereas if you look at page 5 it shows this Uranium as being Recycled Uranium (this is before reenrichmnet takes place)
