Your reply would do a politician proud. It avoided the question, and baffled with science. The question asked "where is the EVIDENCE that SILEX is part of the PRISM process" remains unanswered. I don't mean to be derogatory either, however your reply contained:
"you need to put together"
"maybe the penny will drop"
"that part I do not know"
"possibly still in development"
"I also suspect"
etc, etc, etc.
These are the precursors to speculation.
Evidence is a reference, written, reported, drawn, photographed or spoken from a reputable source which states SILEX is, or is not, part of the PRISM process. Nowhere in what you supplied is there any such evidence.
I have no interest in making this a slanging match, and am more than happy to leave my question unaswered.
