I should have been more specific. I am trying to cover a dark green and bright red with a light sandy colour.
Thanks for pointing out what bleeding means. I have made the mistake of marking measurements with a ballpoint pen and experienced the resultant bleeding. I've learnt that lesson and now use a pencil - easy to remove the marks.
