Hit the fence up with a really good quality presure washer, saves scraping the paint. If the pressure washer cant move it, it deserves to stay.
Use your brushes and rollers and it will be a peice of cake.
Avoid spray guns unless you know what you are doing, or you spend your time back painting overspray.
