Use brushes to cut in, then back paint with a woolie roller.
Go to a dulux store for your advice, I wouldnt touch bunnings with a fifty foot pole for advice.
The dulux website should have plenty of details.
Sealant shouldnt been needed if its been painted before, so 25 litres of paint and away you go.
