My understanding is naturally sourced graphene is a hell of alot cheaper than producing synthetic graphene.

With Grigor on the board @ FGR and Grigor becoming a sub holder in PAK not too long before PAK announced they were to acquire a stake in Imagine Intelligent.. things look very bright.. joining the dots here..

My theory all things going well, the coal asset will either be sold off or divested to another part of the company and they will reverse take over the other 60 percent of Imagine Intelligent into PAK.
