The CR shares should have hit people's portfolio today.
Given all purchasers of the CR shares are already holding significant amounts to be eligible to participate, those people could have dumped their stock before receiving it by selling the shares they already held. There would be no need for people to wait until today.
Perhaps this is what pulled the price down over the past two days already.
