    Does anyone know what happened to the MOU that Cougar Energy (UK) had signed with Pakistan back in August 2007? It was over developing a 400MW Power Station over in Pakistan. Cougar Energy (UK) is a 50% owned subsidiary of Cougar Energy. I'm guessing the deal just fell through. I'm not entirely sure how these MOU's work.
