Lots of shares at relatively low prices is only a problem if you want to be taken seriously when listed on the US bourses.
Being a penny dreadful on the pink sheets won't attract any serious institutional investors.
That's not a problem for us, we're not listing there and we already have some serious investors holding our hand.
Interesting CSPA today.....buying into the 2.6c ask...hmmmm!
