I considered that! However, the liquidity in AVO is too small to sell such a large amount of avo shares on market and in an off-market transaction (in a down market like this) they would have to accept a low price. Besides, they already hold millions of AVO shares so why convert debt into more shares when they could sell what they already have. NB. there hasn't been any substantial holder disclosure notice to suggest that they have been selling AVO.
If they needed liquidity then they could have sold the convertible note easier than AVO shares.
