they can only but 2.23% more or 3,122,000 shares before a formal takeover needs to be announced.
they may slowely get the position up to the 19.9%, then do a massive buying run, as they then have 3 days to report increase in % and takeover details if applicable. It gives me more confidence that they BOUGHT and did not sell!
