interesting to see, who's gotten in here. the pala investments ag is a company officially notet in switzerland and run by a misterious russion billionaire named iorich. doing some research on pala shows, they usually dont just acquire small stakes of 5%. most of their engagement is hooked with actively influencing company policy and majority interests. a closer look at the team working for pala shows, they are not kidding at all. kurt budge is only one example:
"Prior to joining Pala, Kurt worked for 5 years as Business Development Executive in Rio Tintos Business Evaluation & Development team" (from pala homepage)
i wonder how they managed to acquire 5% so silently and what the ubs part is? anyone an idea on that?
