once production is close there will be a major take over for pen , ide love to stay with pen to se them grow but i think take over figure would be around 0.11 to 0.15 ,thats not counting what over U pen finds in the future ,its a huge punt butif you know what you are buying its just a waiting game ,its make me laugh countrys hate U but its the only cheap clean fuel they can afford ,and that wont change for a long time
