ML - I don't recall anyone suggesting that PEN would become insolvent (if that is what your comment is about) just that they will probably need to do a cap raising in around 12 months to AVOID insolvency. Did anyone suggest that they would not be able to raise funds? I certainly didn't and would most certainly not suggest that.
