Spoke with Mr Treasure and my broker yesterday.

Tony Has said quite emphatically that RIO has acknowledged shortcomings on it part with respect to feed at Palabora. Furthermore he is heading over to S.A shortly to try and get the issue resolved. For me this could well be MFC's pivot point. If Tony can extract a fair outcome with respect tp Palabora without it getting all messy then it should be able to put palabora behind it and mark it down as a glytch as opposed to a debacle.

Furthermore with the lessons learned here applied to future agreements, maybe these guys can get things happening
