While I'm not a great believer in conspiracy theories, it needs to be said that PDN did drop double the percentage of ERA today.
What if it is a conspiracy theory ...about using the shorts to bring down the price for a buyer - goodness knows who (the last one was the Singapore Government) to buy up at lower prices...and why would they bother unless they see great value in PDN.
While I have been viewing the market depth on Etrade, I noticed a bot buying shares under CSX....I have noticed this for a few days...wonder who the investor is accruing...They bought when the price was $1.245 downwards....I think someone thinks this is a great buying opportunity....
