Not a good sign.
The way this capital raising has been handled by management suggests desperation or corrupt practice. Insider trading is too obvious to ignore. Surely the regulatory authorities must take a very close look at what has occurred and take appropriate action.
Share market confidence is low enough at present. Investors are prepared to take calculated risks but how can an investor factor in this sort of behaviour. This PDN deal reeks of foul play and I hope there is an ASIC investigation.
