Just to address that mate:
1. Peninsula Energy recently (within the last 7 days) bought from the spot market and said "I find that there is little material available for prompt delivery. Today the spot is reflecting prices for delayed deliveries. This is new."
2. Sprott already have a war chest of $80m (and counting) ready to buy U.
So, if there's not much U available for immediate delivery + Sprott about to throw $80m to buy everything in sight, surely supply and demand fundamentals are about to kick in?
Fyi> Kazatomprom and CCJ have been buying from spot to fulfil contracts - they say the U is more valuable staying in the ground at the moment. To be fair they do say that they'll try their best to stop the spot price shooting to the moon, which is fair given they're the market leader and it's therefore not in their interest for things to go super crazy, but until the price gets higher they've put the brakes on production.
