Paladin aren't going to pay a dividend for some time to come yet.

A dividend is basically the company saying, "We're stable, we're solid, we don't need the money to grow the business." Paladin still has development work to do, and it wouldn't surprise me if they were actively looking for other uranium resources to develop once their current lot are in full production.

I'd say that dividends from Paladin are at least five years away, possibly ten, possibly even more. They need to get their current reserves fully developed, and a stable cashflow situation, first - they're getting there, but they aren't there yet.
