Unfortunately the timing hasn't been great, and it looks as though the best we can expect is PDN to be wound up quickly; however, if this drags on, even without any chance of a positive result, then we need to look at our Capital loss.
If the administrator declares in writing that there is no likelihood you will receive any further distribution in the course of winding up the company. We can choose to realise a capital loss on worthless shares prior to the dissolution of the company (if acquired on or after 20 Sep 1985).

I have seen Administrators in action and they charge extra ordinary high fees, as do anyone associated with a company in Administration. I am only hoping that the Administrator acts promptly.

BTW  I let this trade become personal, so I blame my loss on myself - hope I have learnt my lesson!
