Oh the poor suckers selling at 30 cents - live and learn. NEVER sell a share based on tax considerations - let this be the lesson. It only takes a small amount of fools and this is what happens.
If it stays at 30 cents much longer, won't be long before someone smart comes in and buys 100 million of them with some loose change. Not a bad way to invest $35M.
