I am sure he is thinking about. I feel for him - nothing worse than to buy a large parcel of shares and lose 25% on paper within a few weeks - does not make you feel good at all. This is an example of why the idiots on here who claim to be able to time the market perfectly cannot. Buy and be happy or don't buy at all. There is no magical price.
