What it was when U price was flying, they were making a motza and debt was well down is irrelevant. they have sold off assets directly to pay debt. They have given away upside by selling shares at lower and lower prices, they have mined at sold a lot of the re over the last 3 years at a loss or break even. each year the company makes no money weakens the company. work out the numbers and see that even on a LT u price of 70, they will be making about 150-200 cash flow from which debt needs to be paid and future production developed. At a dollar that's a market cap of 1.6b and EV of just under 2b.
don't forget, they stock is a buy to me at these levels, but a 50-100% gain is more real and 200% if the U price does recover, but by the time it gets ( if it does) there they would have used up more of the ore and probably depleted a bit more cash
