I am mad about this.
SMM should have released their JORC, at least on some of the deposits if that was possible of course.
Everyday that PNN went up and SMM didn't, made this takeover attempt more possible.
Of course maybe PDN believes that they would have lost the court case, and a takeover would take care of that problem.
Everyone should just hold on.
As you said there could be other offers.
Dennison is now run by the Ludin family because IUC took over Dennison.
The Lundins, through Dennison hopefully will get involved, or maybe SMM can fight this takover themselves.
We are worth more than $10 a share when the ALP change
