I don't think it will be a done deal at all.
SMM holders would be crazy to accept a low offer like that. There is alot more to come i would expect.
When BHP and Biliton merged our price dropped significantly. However, it didn't take long for the price to go way above where it originally was.
Its a good deal for PDN.
However, i am not so sure about SMM.
