Processing of the SPP and subsequent refunds is handled by the share registry using whatever details you have on your account. Not the company.
I received me refund promptly and electronically.
As a word of advice, if you banking details haven't been entered there, it is also likely that your TFN details aren't either. I would log in and also check that your TFN details have been entered. If they eventually start paying dividends you will have extra tax deducted if you don't have TFN details recorded.
