What would Paladin have to bid, to successfully take out BLR? Starting point would be about 45 to 50 cents, or equivalent Paladin shares in leiu. More than likely rising to 70 cents to attain compulsory acquisition level of 90%.
Is also highly likely that after this event, Paladin will be in play. Just some thoughts I have been pondering, lets see how the cards fall.
