    It clearly says c1 costs increased.

    As for guidance, I wish to be a millionaire in 2017. But we will not know if I get there until 2017. My bank manager will not lend to me based on my guidance to him. Anything can and will happen. Same with cost forecasts at LH. Borshoff is a blustery fellow. He would say anything to try to get the stock higher.
