    yeh i spoke to him every week during the ngh suspension. it took a while but I got the measure of the guy. the whole sorry mess shld be investigated. they had an enforceable contract with a US consortium for 10m and could have relisted when they were still hot.

    nothing this co. says can be taken at face value.
