The company tells us they had a legally binding agreement in relation to that overseas placement at US40c a share back in Nov 2000. Your thoughts are the same as mine. What was done to enforce it??? Instead, we get placements here at woeful prices raised here in Oz. They make for a sorry comparison to the US 40c per share.
