it is indeed murky waters.... very muddy. nothing is clear.
but I take the UN decisions and the ICJ system as being the least biased means to understand the issue. I'm not personally in a position to judge so to take just august bodies as having a better understanding is, imo, a suitable frame from which to form an opinion.
no uniforms in WB, to causal observation, means a range of possibilities.
that PA is too underfunded for afford uniformed police
that policing is an undercover job
that there are no police at all (for whatever reason)
that police were elsewhere than in the Bethlehem church
