Israel recently treated the wife and grand daughter of the Palestinian leader in Hospital. They treat many hundreds of people from both Palestine and Lebanon and Syria each year - many of which are life saving. Why do they do this? I'm sure we won't get any humane admissions from the notsogoodbrad and the like.
As for the "terrorists" they certainly have confirmed they have provided medical aid to Syrian militia/terrorists - typically FSA (Free Syrian Army) militia who are fighting Israel's mortal enemy, Hezbollah - surely you know this.

(Telegraph link blocked, so just Google:
On the Golan Heights and Isil flag would bring jihad to Israel's back door)
The complexity is that FSA clearly splintered into all sorts of sub-groups - friends one day and enemies the next (in true Arab style). Some lefty media (and they all understand there is distinction between the FSA, other militias and ISIL) and some posters will conveniently jump to the ISIL tag when they see Israel providing aid to FSA or Al Nusra militia - it's of course convenient for these Israel bashers to try to keep the fire burning when they can somehow find a way to deceitfully tag Israel with ISIL - long bow in this case - if Israel is supposedly connected, then surely there will be a way to connect every Arab and his dog in the region to ISIL too.
The following song just came to mind when thinking about all those Arab factions who cannot determine who their brother is (I'd love to see an Arab spoof of this song):
