    RE: catalytic converters, internal combustion engines will still be here for quite a while... Mazda has released their breakthrough new engines coming in a couple of years, getting 20%-30% better efficiency than previous engines. They are a diesel/regular engine hybrid. We are talking 3.5L/100km.
