    I know some say it is being held to a certain level...And it does appear that way to me too..Not saying anything is afoul here..I don't know it is probably just part of doing business !.
    One thought I have been meaning to put on here is ...Could PGM be keeping the Company Valuation or what not.....( I 'm not good with Market/investment terminology ask for clarification if ur not sure what the hell I'm saying hahaha)...... for some kind of grant or benefit from the Government?
