I am not sure CHN is following PD price or any other price for that matter. Last November PD was around $1800 fluctuating CHN was around $9 - $10 SP. PD is now $600 an ounce more and SP IS $7.07.If we were mining I would agree but we are a long way off that. This is pure manipulation of the SP by insto's to hoover up as many shares as possible.The volume may be up but look at the trades, in most cases rubbish. Small trades up and down. They are playing with the weak hands.My opinion only.
