Hi Signature. I was out and only returned today.You have asked very direct questions and I have been "moderated" before on HC so I will try answer as clear as I can without causing a headache for 123 et al compiling their data.

1. Have I found anything to substantiate CVI claims
- So far I have not seen any documentation i.e. contracts, reports, drilling reports, geological survey reports, lab results etc that can substantiate any claim they make. The CdeB 1970's report will be available with Trent this week so in a couple of days you can decide for yourself. When CdeB was still with Simba the claim was Bateman was awarded the geological study contract - where is the report - Bateman is a very reputable company that report would have been a firm base for further real work I think.

2.Do You think the company has told the truth to shareholders?
- Matadi oil concession - the shareholder caught that out.
- Oil Refinery ? KBR of the USA has been awarded contract
- ENDITRADE? Lonhro has been awarded logistics contract?

Again real contract published for all shareholders to see would solve the questions.
Now form your own opinion re being truthful.

3. Do you think CVI's assets in Angola have any hope of becoming commercially viable?
- Well if they really believed in for example CdeB, exploration is very expensive, why didn't they approach a major and tried to get a JV? Even like with a possible share swap or what ever deal I am sure that shareholder value would have increased.
- I think that names punting have been used, so & so from BHP etc but who is the real operations man in the company that will put word into action, some shareholders here on HC will do a better job I am sure - as it is going now even with another USD 4 million - there is very little they can do - they must anyway show in a forensic audit where the other funds have gone to?

4. CVI Aspirations
- i am unsure why such a spider web of companies are registered and one needs a permanent secretary to try and understand who is what who owns what and who is spending shareholders money. Why this secrecy and puzzle? what is the reason? I know the burocracy in Anola and the laws and for every "sale" or so called "deal" i.e. from Rockbury to this and that - there must be a new contract and new paper trail or its not worth the paper its printed on.
- Why bring in the secret business men in Pensador ? Who are these people apart from hints and name throwing? I dont know one businessman or financier in the USA,UK or Europe that would put one USD to any Angolan Businessman if its not backed by oil let alone 1 Billion.
- Why involve another set of Businessmen from Angola when you already have Bongani on board - why feed more people?
Doesnt make sense?
- Why put the diamonds into Canzar? Why the splitting and splitting its shareholder money it should be shareholder decision not so?

5. Do I think CVI is a boiler room.
- I have in my files a definition of a boiler room, will go look for it and post it then read it and decide for yourself given what you have experienced and seen also here on HC
