Unfortunately, it will soon not be possible to do anything.
With something like 50% of the shares about to be issued to a friendly party, any chance of the current shareholders taking control of the company (if for no reason other than to call the cops) will evaporate.

Wouldn't you like to look at the bank statements (of CVI, Pensador, Fortitude etc)? Who got what ?

Wouldn't you like to look at the audited accounts of Fortitude ? (btw why has Fortitude not been consolidated or at least equity accounted in Cityview?. Is there anything there ?
