I have written one other comment on Ran about the required supply of recycled plastic.
To gain a suitable trail for any company they need a minimum of 200,000 pallets. They should have a minimum of 5 types. These 5 types should provide the load ranges and temperature coefficients required to cover heat and cold storage. Now that is an issue with recycled plastic as you need a mix of new( raw) vs recycled.
In addition there is a huge market they have not looked at it would appear, from the pallets they are designing. It is a known fact from any one that deals in pallets that the market I am talking about is still waiting for the correct pallet.
One machine can produce the amount of trial pallets required with the use of multiple dies. If they have orders and that is a bit confusing they could use a second machine. The correct machine depending on the weight of the pallet should have a cycle rate of 2 every 1.30 min.
