    csm directors have backed pallinghurst because they are his south african buddies but alas have no shares (or very few) in csm so of course will back the lower cash offer.

    in addition when MK gets control, all these directors will be goooooooooooooooooooonnnneeeee!!

    mk is also buddies with the privat group dudes. it will take a while imo but there can be only one...

    cinderella story really but MK will have control of csm soon enough. imo....
