if you look at the substantial shareholder notice its dated 21st may. there was some very big buying on thursday and friday and my bet is was pallinghurst. maybe we will get another notice monday morning. either way jms will be takenover imo
"Pallinghurst has recently taken a 19.9 percent stake in Australian iron ore exploration firm Jupiter Mines Ltd"
i'm still not sure where the media sourced this info from according to the ASX which should always be a first source of referance the Substantial Holder notice rleased after market Friday states Pallinghurst have 7% Red Rock have 9% so even combining the 2 holdings still only totals 16%..
