i had hoped he would remain......but on weighing up all issues it would be best in the immediate term.
i know this has nothing to do with QTK but perception often does not align with fact.
If he steps down which i fully expect him to do......it will be seen as good news for QTK.
i feel for him....but in the end his duty of care is to shareholders.
and as a shareholder i am interested in QTK.
an individual cannot be be greater then the company.
that being said......i hope the matter before the court is dealt with swiftly for his own sake.
