The whole thing is wreaking of desperation right now. QTK may have useful technology, but it just shows how good management is essential to success & share price.
I think MP has driven this company into the ground because of his greed. Good management would have capitalised on the fact they were in a very lucky situation to get a large contract. Instead, they have tried to milk it for all its worth. All the salesmen in that company dont seem to have a clue about the technical & business aspects of their company. The least they could have done is hire someone competent on the business & technical side of things while they had the money and support.
I feel that the only hope for shareholders in the near term is if the company is taken over. I think if another capital raising is pulled-off, history seems to tell us that the money will be squandered.
